Day-by-day yatra

1. 1

   Haridwar arrival & Ganga Aarti

   Arrive Haridwar, evening Ganga Aarti at Har-ki-Pauri, yatra briefing & registration.

2. 2

   Barkot — gateway to Yamunotri

   Drive to Barkot through the Himalayan foothills, overnight rest before the first dham.

3. 3

   Yamunotri darshan

   Trek (or palki) to Yamunotri, holy dip at Surya Kund, darshan of Goddess Yamuna.

4. 4

   Gangotri darshan

   Drive to Gangotri, darshan of Goddess Ganga at the source temple, evening aarti.

5. 5

   Towards Kedarnath

   Long scenic drive to Sonprayag / Sersi, prepare for the Kedarnath trek.

   Kedarnath darshan

   Trek or helicopter to Kedarnath, darshan of the Jyotirlinga amid the Himalayas.

7. 7

   Onward to Badrinath

   Descend and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath, overnight near the temple.

8. 8

   Badrinath & Mana

   Morning darshan of Badrinath, Tapt Kund, visit Mana — India's last village & Vyas Gufa.

   Return to Rishikesh

   Long drive back, visit Rishikesh ghats and ashrams, final group aarti.
